1. Never put 3 Adsense Ads unit on one Page.

You may be saying that when Google allows 3 Adsense ads unit on one page than why we only put 2 ads unit. The problem is with 3 Ads unit is that it will decrease the CPC of your blog and hence the income of your blog. Imagine you have three 300*250 ads unit on your blog than what happens is that it will show approximately 12 link ads. Now surly not all are of high paying links and your blog visitor may link of ad which is lower in rate. So if you have 2 ads unit than it will show only 8 top paying link and hence when ever someone clicks on links it will be high paying link.

2. Search for the top paying advertisers.

If you want to enjoy some high paying ads, search for the top paying advertisers related to your blog niche, send them an email with your blog name, URL, traffic details, ad placements, and ROI. Just make sure that your offer email is very impressive and the advertiser would think twice before turning it down. In the second part of the email, request them to direct some of their ads to your site using URL targeting/Channel targeting on Adwords. That’s it, enjoy high paying ads now!

3. Never include Adsense link ads in between your Articles.

I don’t understand why people bombard their blogs with lots of Adsense ads and link units when they know that showing so many ads will decrease Cost Per Click(CPC) of ads as well as effect the SEO of blog. Never include Adsense link ads unit in between your articles as it might increase your blog’s Click Through Rate(CTR) but will surly decrease CPC.

4. Turn Low Performing Units into Image Only Ads.
